Ryan Decker, better known as "Pinstripe Guy", is a recurring character on The Bold Type. He is portrayed by Dan Jeannotte. He was one of the top sex columnists for Pinstripe magazine, until being fired in "Before Tequila Sunrise" during mass layoffs of all magazine companies.

Ryan was sexually involved with Jane Sloan for a few months after becoming interested in his articles at Pinstripe magazine. Ryan is the person who gives Jane her first orgasm after she admits she's never had one before.
